When you install Relay, we access certain data from your Shopify store, including:

- Product catalog data (names, descriptions, prices, images)

- Order data related to recovered carts
Customer Information
When customers interact with Relay via SMS, we collect:
- Phone numbers associated with abandoned carts
- SMS message content (conversations between Relay and customers)
- Opt-in and opt-out preferences
Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service:

- Pages viewed and features used within the dashboard

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Conversation data is retained for 90 days after the conversation ends. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. SMS and TCPA Compliance
Relay complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable SMS regulations. We only send messages to customers who have provided consent through your Shopify store's checkout process. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

- Object to or restrict processing of your data
